Understanding and Supporting Employment for Individuals with Anxiety Disorders

This training is designed for vocational rehabilitation (VR) professionals and other workforce system practitioners to provide an overview of the most commonly experienced anxiety disorders and the potential impact on engagement and workplace behavior and performance. Special focus will be given to some of the hidden aspects of anxiety and related symptoms impacting career planning and employment success (e.g., working memory and other executive function challenges). The training will introduce practical tools and techniques professionals can use to provide support while maintaining focus on employment goals.   

This webinar is intended for employment service professionals (ESP), vocational rehabilitation counselors (VRC), and other professionals from human service agencies working directly with clients to support employment.
